Most of our services involve professional expertise, planning, research, consultation, and time-based work. Because of this, refunds may not always be possible once work has started.

2. Advance Payments

Advance payments are made to reserve project resources, allocate time, conduct research, begin planning, and initiate service delivery.

Once work has commenced, advance payments may become partially or fully non-refundable depending on the amount of work already completed.

4. Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly retainer services such as:

are billed for the service period agreed between both parties.

Payments already made for completed service periods are non-refundable.

5. Advertising Spend

Advertising budgets paid directly to advertising platforms are non-refundable by LinkCreze.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Google Ads Budget
  • Meta Ads Budget
  • LinkedIn Ads Budget
  • YouTube Ads Budget
  • Any third-party advertising costs

LinkCreze does not control refunds issued by advertising platforms.

6. Third-Party Expenses

The following expenses are generally non-refundable:

  • Domain Registration
  • Web Hosting
  • Premium Plugins
  • Themes
  • Software Licenses
  • API Charges
  • Stock Images
  • Premium Fonts
  • Third-Party Tools
  • Email Service Providers
  • Paid Integrations

These costs are typically paid to external vendors and remain subject to their individual refund policies.

7. Website Design & Development Refunds

For website projects:

  • No refund will be provided for completed milestones.
  • Payments made for approved work are non-refundable.
  • If a project is cancelled after development has started, the client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Completed files or deliverables may be released after outstanding payments are cleared.

8. SEO Service Refund Disclaimer

SEO results depend on numerous factors including:

  • Website Quality
  • Industry Demand

  • Market Conditions

Therefore, LinkCreze does not provide refunds based solely on:

  • Ranking fluctuations
  • Traffic changes
  • Lead volume
  • Sales results

9. PPC and Advertising Refund Disclaimer

Advertising performance may vary depending on:

LinkCreze cannot guarantee:

  • Specific Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Conversion Rates
  • ROAS

Refunds will not be issued solely because expected advertising results were not achieved.

10. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.

Cancellation requests should include:

  • Company Name
  • Service Name
  • Reason for Cancellation
  • Effective Cancellation Date

Outstanding invoices and work completed prior to cancellation remain payable.

11. Cancellation by LinkCreze

LinkCreze reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments remain overdue.
  • The client violates applicable laws.
  • False information is provided.
  • Abusive behavior occurs.
  • Requested activities violate platform policies.
  • Required cooperation is not provided.

In such cases, refunds may not be available for work already completed.

12. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must contact LinkCreze in writing and provide:

  • Invoice Number
  • Service Purchased
  • Payment Date
  • Detailed Reason for Refund Request

Refund requests will be reviewed individually based on the scope of work completed and the applicable agreement.

13. Approved Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

14. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact LinkCreze before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Initiating unjustified chargebacks after services have been delivered may result in suspension of services and legal recovery of outstanding amounts where permitted by law.
