6. Scope of Services

Services will be delivered according to the agreed proposal or service agreement.

Any request outside the approved scope may require:

  • A revised quotation.
  • Additional timeline.
  • Additional fees.

No work outside the agreed scope will begin until both parties approve the changes.

7. SEO Disclaimer

While LinkCreze follows recognized SEO best practices and ethical optimization techniques, search engine rankings depend on many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm updates, industry competition, website quality, and user behavior.

Accordingly:

  • We do not guarantee specific keyword rankings.
  • We do not guarantee a fixed increase in organic traffic.
  • We do not guarantee a specific number of leads or sales.
  • We do not guarantee indexing or ranking of every page.

Our commitment is to provide professional services based on current industry standards and continuous optimization.

8. Digital Advertising Services

For Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar advertising services:

  • Advertising budgets are separate from our management fees unless otherwise agreed.
  • Campaign performance may vary depending on audience, competition, creatives, landing pages, and market conditions.
  • We cannot guarantee a specific cost per lead, conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), or sales outcome.
  • Recommendations may be provided to improve campaign performance, but final implementation decisions remain with the client where applicable.

9. Website Development Services

For website projects:

  • Clients are responsible for providing approved content, logos, images, and branding materials unless content creation is included in the agreed scope.
  • Reasonable revisions included in the proposal will be honored.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
  • Ownership and transfer of deliverables will be governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement and completion of agreed payments.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • LinkCreze retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, templates, internal processes, source materials, and pre-existing intellectual property.
  • Clients retain ownership of the content and assets they provide.
  • Neither party grants ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property except as expressly agreed.

11. Pricing and Payment Terms

The pricing for our services will be specified in the proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement shared with the client.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All prices are quoted in the applicable currency mentioned in the quotation.
  • Taxes, including GST or any other applicable taxes, may be charged separately where required by law.
  • Payment schedules shall be followed as agreed before project commencement or according to the project milestones.
  • Recurring services such as SEO, PPC management, Social Media Marketing, Website Maintenance, and Digital Marketing retainers are billed according to the agreed billing cycle.

Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services until outstanding dues are cleared.

12. Late Payments

If payment is not received by the agreed due date, LinkCreze reserves the right to:

  • Suspend ongoing work.
  • Pause digital marketing campaigns.
  • Disable access to project deliverables until payment is received.
  • Delay future project milestones.
  • Recover outstanding amounts through legally permitted methods where necessary.

Service timelines may be extended due to payment delays.

13. Refund Policy

LinkCreze provides professional digital marketing and consulting services that involve time, expertise, planning, and resource allocation.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Strategy, consultation, audit, research, and planning fees are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Refund requests, if accepted at our discretion, will be evaluated based on the work completed at the time of the request.
  • Third-party expenses, advertising spend, software subscriptions, domain registrations, hosting fees, and similar costs are generally non-refundable.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Project Cancellation

Either party may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice.

If a project is cancelled:

  • The client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Deliverables completed before cancellation may be provided after settlement of outstanding payments, where applicable.
  • Any prepaid amount for work not yet performed may be handled according to the applicable proposal or written agreement.

15. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are based on timely communication and availability of required information.

Project completion may be affected by:

  • Delay in client approvals.
  • Incomplete project requirements.
  • Changes in project scope.
  • Third-party service delays.
  • Technical issues outside our reasonable control.

Revised timelines will be communicated whenever reasonably possible.

16. Client Content

Clients confirm that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses for all materials provided to LinkCreze, including:

  • Logos
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Documents
  • Website content
  • Product information
  • Marketing materials
  • Brand assets

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content they provide does not infringe the rights of any third party.

17. Third-Party Platforms

Many of our services rely on third-party platforms such as:

  • Meta
  • LinkedIn
  • WordPress
  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce
  • YouTube
  • Microsoft
  • Hosting providers
  • Domain registrars

18. Confidentiality

During the course of our engagement, both parties may exchange confidential information, including:

  • Campaign data

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • LinkCreze shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LinkCreze, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

LinkCreze reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • The client breaches these Terms & Conditions.
  • Required payments remain overdue.
  • False, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided.
  • The client requests activities that violate applicable laws or the policies of third-party platforms.
  • The client’s actions compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of LinkCreze or its systems.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the effective date of termination.

23. Website Availability

We strive to keep LinkCreze.com available and functioning efficiently. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
